We are excited for our district to be offering the new Resiliency Coach Training!

Thank you for your volunteer service and dedication to our students! Your commitment makes a meaningful difference, and we are excited to share an opportunity for you to support our students with the new Resiliency Coach training.

Building resiliency in children and families is a top priority of the Florida Department of Education. Florida is leading the way in reframing mental health by equipping students with essential skills, such as grit, perseverance, and problem-solving. As a Resiliency Coach, you will serve as a trusted volunteer, helping students navigate challenges and build the resilience needed for success.

Steps to become a Resiliency Coach are:

  • Current background screening requirements with our school district
  • Complete an online training (approximately 1 hour)
  • Participate in a 4-hour volunteer practicum and submit a Final Survey

By completing these, you will be eligible to receive a $150 stipend.
